我们检查了我们的数据库，发现仍能收到大量不需要的中国期刊。它们主要是医学及相关期刊。后附这35种VINITI数据库不再需要的中国期刊清单。你知道我已经给每个编辑部分别写信（有的是两次）通知他们停止寄送样刊。也许是邮箱地址不对？但仍能收到样刊。（见附表）。你可以理解-这只是浪费时间和金钱。所以，请你通知他们停止寄送样刊给VINITI数据库。

I've got a request for you.

We have checked our database and found that we still receive a large number of unnecessary Chinese journals.

These are mainly journals on Medicine or related topics.

You can find the list of these journals in the Attachment (35 kinds of Chinese Journals no Longer Required in VINITI).

You know that I had already written (sometimes twice!) personally to each editorial boards of these journals asking them to stop sending us their issues. May be the e-mails were incorrect? - but the journals are still received (see the attached list).

As you understand - it is just wasting of time and money.

So, could you please - ask them to stop sending parcels to VINITI.
